South Carver glacier
South Carver glacier is the upper part of the glacier complex called Carver on the north side of South Sister. At one point these three glaciers were one glacier, but by the U.S.G.S. mapping in the 1950s, Carver had separated in to three glaciers, yet only one name was put on the map. The ice of South Carver glacier has stagnated in the last decade.
